Who are we searching for?
Trainee Innlandet is looking to attract a wide range of applicants from different disciplines. Over the last 12 years, the programme has taken in trainees with academic background within economy, technology, engineering, natural science, pedagogy, marketing, social science, management and law from Norwegian institutions such as UiO, NTNU, UMB, BI, NHH, and other Norwegian and foreign universities.

Requirements
The requirement to enter the program is minimum four years of education. The working language within Trainee Innlandet companies is Norwegian. Even though Trainee Innlandet is open to recruit international students, some knowledge of Norwegian language is required. In addition, applicants have to show strong motivation and efforts to learn the language and be able to handle it in everyday working life.
